An exceptional example of late Victorian military footwear, these cavalry boots were bespoke-commissioned for Lieutenant Alfred Hind Robinson of the 11th Hussars (Prince Albert's own) during the 1880s.
Constructed by the esteemed London bootmaker Peal, they retain their original wooden and brass boot trees with the personalised engravings.
The accompanying letter authenticates their regimental heritage and provenance.
Dimensions: 45.5cm height, 28.5cm sole length.
A significant artefact of British military history and a stunning collectors item.
