Shipping policy

Most of our items include delivery options and prices at checkout.

Orders are typically sent out within 5 working days and are sent via Royal Mail or another carrier service. If you need something urgently, please contact us prior to purchasing as we may be able to despatch sooner.

As we also sell larger, heavy and delicate items such as antique furniture, delivery costs and times for these items will vary depending on your location. You are also welcome to collect from one of our store or depot locations.

Please let us know if you need an item delivered urgently before purchasing or at checkout and we will do our best to get it to you quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.

Often the delivery is done by a one person delivery service who may need help unloading heavier and bulkier items. Please let us know if there are any steps or stairs involved (including outside steps) as this may incur an additional charge. The delivery company will be fully insured and may need to arrange delivery dates and times with you directly.
